The Impact Story: Indibni Wins Outstanding Performance in Emerging Online Startup Business Trophy By EAR

Indibni Private Limited won Outstanding Performance in Emerging Online Startup Business Trophy – 2019-2020 in Best Employers Awards by the Employer’s Association of Rajasthan.

Saturday, 6th Feb 2021, marked a memorable day in the history of Indibni Private Limited when it got recognized by Employer’s Association of Rajasthan for Outstanding Performance in Emerging Online Startup Business Trophy – 2019-2020 by EAR in Small Scale Business category.

What is EAR?

The Employer’s Association of Rajasthan was established on the 18th of January, 1964 at Jaipur, 57 years ago to meet the need felt to have a common platform for the Employers of Rajasthan.

The pioneering efforts were put in by an eminent Industrialist, Shri Kanti Kumar R. Poddar, and the Association was formed, with Late Shri Kamal Nayan Bajaj, as its Founder President. Since then EAR had the privilege of being headed by very eminent industrialists, to name a few, like Shri Kaumar R. Poddar, Shri Rajaram Jaipuria, Shri Surender Kumar Jain, and Shri Ramapati Singhania.

The Association has grown from strength to strength. It acknowledges achievements and promotes Large, Medium & Small Industrial Establishments, Industrial Associations, Banking & Financial and other Service Sectors, and Professional Specialists in the field of Management.

Indibni CEO’s Message:

“Words fall short when you get five to ten minutes to say thank you for the year-long journey you and your whole team is being appreciated for. It’s never easy. Words are there to help you but to bind that sheer discipline, daily little efforts to keep the DNA of the team alive, sacrifices at the personal end can only be seen through the light in your eyes, in your excited and thus trembling hands and feet, in your glowing smile and the aura around beholding all of that. That’s what it felt like at the stage receiving the award from Shri Parsadi Lal Meena, Hon’ble Minister of Industries, Gov. of Rajasthan, Shri Tikaram Jully, Hon’ble State Minister of Labour, Gov. of Rajasthan, Shri Rajiv Arora, and Dr Samit Sharma,” said Nitin Jain, Indibni CEO, and co-founder.

The Journey from 2017 to 2021

Nitin further said, “I am very humbled and touched for being invited among such amazing personalities. Ankit, Indibni’s co-founder, and I started Indibni in 2017 and got our very first award by EAR in 2018 on the Youth Day with the very gracious blessings of Shri Ashok Gehlot, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Rajasthan.”

Nitin added, “We started from a design and animation background and applied the same in our every endeavor. But we realized that’s not the end mean. Innovation in design and discipline in your consistent efforts are something that gives a company exponential growth. If you are not innovating, you would just decline or at maximum enjoy a linear growth for a duration of time.”

He added, “Sustainability, Indian values, converting locals to co-creators, inclusivity, diversity of culture, making India a self-reliant economy didn’t just stay as some random words for inspiration on paper or discussions but here at Indibni we try and test them in every product we make, every Initiative we progress with our CSR, Indifamily foundation and every story we share through our content platform, Indibaat.”

Not Just A Gift But A Lifestyle

“May it is as simple as Mummy Da Dhaba wall hangings in 10 different vernacular languages on Indigifts that sold over 3 lakh units or sustainable SeedRakhi’s that grows into a plant when sown simultaneously reducing the carbon footprint from discarded rakhis plastic waste, speaks volume of our small but impactful efforts.”

At Indibni, we believe in वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम i.e., the world is one family. The three I’s in Indibni represent our vision and commitment towards making India a self-reliant nation, treating Innovation as a discipline that impacts the Individuals. Pehla Sukh, our India Wellness movement in times of lockdown is going strong and even crossing borders. More than twelve thousand people have attended the webinars. We are from society, for society, and to society. Let’s do something amazing together.
